PROJECT BRIEF
The brief was to recruit talents, as well as manage the stores and pop-up stores in Sturegallerian, Paviljongen, Mall of Scandinavia, Nacka Forum, Täby Centrum, Hansa, Göteborg and the IQOS in wheels pop-up store in Mobilia.

SOLUTION
All in all, we have successfully recruited and staffed 40 people within 2-3 weeks.
Apart from recruitment of retail store staff we also managed store operations and management, event planning and creative production of POS-material.
