Retail Specialist Program
MISSION
The brief was to create a retail specialist program for LG with the focus to create sell-out driven activities in stores.
SOLUTION
NRG created the Retail Specialist Program for LG whitegoods and consumer electronic products. We have in total 21 consultants including a Team Lead and Master Trainer.
An important part of the collaboration has been weekly reporting to LG’s Nordic management with actual sell-out data and market insights.
RESULT
The program has been very successful and resulted in a great collaboration between NRG and LG.
Therefore NRG has been trusted to lead all trainings for LG in the Nordics during the last years – with excellent results!
